Haoyu graphics card radiator with diamond-like carbon film

The ever-expanding power consumption of graphics cards has made radiator technology so diverse, and today announced a new technology called DiamondsSputtering.

This technology developed by Haoyu is mainly combined with plasma-enhanced CVD technology. The surface of the heatsink fins of the graphics card is covered with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film, which can quickly transfer heat from the core and memory. It also protects the heat sink from moisture and acid corrosion and oxidation.
Diamond-like carbon film is a new type of material that has emerged in recent years. It has excellent optical penetration, chemical resistance and friction, especially high thermal conductivity, which is four times faster than copper.

According to Yunyu, the DLC film can reduce the thermal resistance of the heat sink to about 0.05, and the heat sink temperature will also decrease by about 5 °C. For example, the GeForce 9500GT can be lowered from 88 °C to 85 °C.

However, Haoyu has not decided which graphics card products to use this new technology, only to say that it will be considered according to the actual situation.
