High precision drilling processing beyond the processing range
The new product JF201 main generator developed by our factory has a large cover with a diameter of 1.7m and a plurality of circular and non-circularly distributed holes. The position tolerance of each hole is φ0.2mm. The hole in the end cap must be processed using a drill to achieve the pattern and ensure proper assembly. The drill pattern is shown in Figure 1.
