Our factory introduced WOTAN, RAPID/2 CNC machining center from Germany Wotan Company in 1986. The CNC system is equipped with the German Siemens 8MC system. The machine tool has strong processing capability, complete functions, high precision machine tool and perfect diagnostic function. Diagnostics can display most of the alarms in the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic aspects of the CNC machine through the display screen in the form of alarm numbers for maintenance personnel's reference. If the maintenance personnel correctly master the diagnosis method, the fault can be corrected by the prompts of the PC and NC alarm numbers on the screen. The Siemens 8MC system has a system diagnostic alarm range function, that is, there are four red light-emitting diodes on the CNC cabinet CPU board MS100.
