PRODUCT PROPERTIES:
1.Alkali resistance(corrosion resistance): soaked 4 hours in 100 ºC of Ca(OH)2 saturated solution , Strength retention rate> 90%, diameter reduction ratio of <0.5%;soaked in 100 ºC 10% NaOH solution for 1 hour, weight reduction ratio (excluding sizing) <0.5%.so it can effectively resist the erosion of high-alkali of cement.
2.good integrity: fiber keep a bunch states from shotcreting,can distribute evenly on surface of GRC propducts.
3.Other properties:strong bond, high elastic modulus, impact resistance, high tensile strength, high flexural strength, non-flammable, antifreeze, temperature resistance, humidity changing ability,ant-cracking, good impermeability performance, design easiness.easy shaping.
STORAGE:
The 2700tex Alkali resistant fiberglass roving should be keep dry in their original boxes and stored in a suitable place,preferably at room temperature with 35-65% relative humidity.Avoid the sun, rain and fire.
