Adjustable automatic clamping chuck
Our factory produces various types of concrete vibrators and shaft parts of various specifications, with an annual output of more than 20,000 pieces. In the past, the chicken core clamp was clamped. Due to the upper and lower fixing screws, the labor intensity is large, and sometimes the screw is not tightly slipped, which causes inconvenience to the production. To this end, we designed and manufactured an adjustable automatic clamping chuck as shown. When loading and unloading the workpiece 8, just pinch the pressing lever 5 and let go of the bullet.
