(2) Current collectors: At least one review per quarter. Focus on reflective fasteners for looseness, displacement and wear of plastic parts and moving parts, introspection of spring tension (current collector brush and guide rail squeezing pressure should adhere to a certain pressure. Find problems in real time disposal.

(3) Adaptors: Introspect at least once a year. Focus on whether the fastening bolts, welds, and supporting parts are loose, rusted, or displaced. If any problems are found, dispose of them in real time.

(4) Daily Introspection: Focus on whether the straightness of the track has significant errors (larger than 20mm), misalignment, whether the insulation is detached, fractured, destroyed, and whether the stainless steel “v” groove is tilted; No foreign matter and conductive dust. When necessary, it should be tested whether the insulation resistance meets the requirements (interphase insulation resistance should be ≥ 5MΩ). Extraordinary errors such as coincidence of roadway track, track gauge, skewness, etc., frequent use, frequent workshop dust, high temperature, and water, acid, alkali, fog, and outdoor use, must enhance daily introspection.
