EU lifts anti-dumping measures against stainless steel fasteners and fittings in Indonesia and other countries

On November 18, 2010, the European Commission issued an announcement stating that since the companies in the member countries did not apply the sunset review application for the anti-dumping measures of stainless steel fasteners and their parts originally produced in Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, it was decided that it was November 2010. On the 20th, the above anti-dumping measures were formally cancelled. The products involved in the customs code are 73181210, 73181410, 73181530, 73181551, 73181561, 73181570, 73181630.

In August 2004, the European Union conducted anti-dumping investigations on stainless steel fasteners and accessories originally produced in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam; in November 2005, the European Union made a definitive final ruling on the case.
