With the trend toward miniaturization of mechanical components, the product can process small workpieces that can be placed in the palm of your hand. The company has introduced a total of cylindrical grinding machines "PD23-B35P" and polygonal grinding machines "PD23-B35A". In addition to the shaft-shaped workpiece, the inter-center distance (the maximum distance from the center of the spindle to the center of the tailstock) is extended by 350 mm in order to ensure a hole-shaped workpiece working space using a Collet Chuck. In addition, the front width of the product is reduced to 1.6m, which is easy to embed in the processing line. Since the user strongly hopes that the grinding wheel is as large as possible, the product can be mounted with a grinding wheel with an outer diameter of 510 mm. In order to support the high-efficiency machining of the CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) grinding wheel, the rigidity of the entire grinding machine is also improved.
Equipped with call software, the number of programs that can be registered is 100 (optional 200), which is 2 to 5 times the industry standard, and supports multiple processing methods. Standard equipment such as balance shaft, grinding wheel spreader, longitudinal positioning device and full cover device are standard, which improves the cost performance.
The thickness of the grinding machine is 3100mm, the weight is 4500kg, the swing is 230mm, the maximum machining diameter is 200mm, the maximum workpiece weight is 50kg, the spindle speed is 10~800rpm, and the spindle motor output power is 1.6kW. The NC unit is FANUC's "21iTB" with an X-axis fast forward speed of 20,000 mm/min and a Z-axis of 12,000 mm/min.
