100 times slender rod turning
In the turning process of the paper tube mandrel, elongated rod parts were encountered. These parts are small in size (only a few pieces are processed at a time) and the aspect ratio is nearly 100 times. There is no special equipment and special clamp aids. It can only be turned by ordinary lathe, which brings great difficulties to processing. In the production, I use the thread to rotate the top of the cutting, the reverse knife and the two claws and the tool holder, through repeated trial production, processing qualified products, to solve the urgent need for production.
