3 Excellent quality steel plate directly affects the economic benefits of the enterprise 3.1 Selecting the appropriate plate size The pumping unit has many forms, irregular shapes and large area, so it is more difficult to work for the calculation of CNC cutting and discharging. Taking the S8mm thick steel plate as an example, the 8mm steel plate used by our factory is now used for the side plate of the W6 and W7 pumping units. Nesting cutting. The traditional cutting method can no longer meet the current production status of our factory. It is a headache for a large number of complicated and extremely irregular shapes. However, through computer-aided technology, the whole board nesting and the edge nesting material are realized, the utilization rate of the steel sheet is improved, a large amount of scraps generated by partial nesting and partial cutting are effectively avoided, and the remaining steel materials are repeatedly nested and used, so that the utilization rate of the steel sheet is greatly improved. .

Cut by the side. Edge cutting is the most effective way to save on cutting supplies. The parts on the straight side of our factory are still quite a lot, such as the side plates, the top plate and the bottom plate of the pumping beam, the side plates of the base cylinder and so on. Using computer programming technology, the rational use of the edge cutting method, only one perforation, complete the continuous cutting of multiple parts, improve the production efficiency, but also create a good economic benefit for our factory.

Reduce the distance from the starting point of the perforation to the part.

When I first started using the CNC flame cutting machine, the distance from the starting point of the perforation was 10mm 15mm due to unfamiliar operation.
