Special small diameter hole and blind hole expansion clamp

A rivet cutter head is shown in Fig. 1. The cutter is reverse cut, and its inner hole structure is composed of φ11_(?)~(+0.04) mm and a flat groove of 9 mm. The traditional clamping method used in grinding the turret head in our factory is shown in Figure 2. Due to the shallow positioning and fitting part, the manufactured stepped mandrel has defects in fitting. If the fit is too loose, it will cause the cutter head to rotate in the mandrel and affect the grinding.
