Axe operation conditions

2.1 Before the axe is made, it's essential to complete the structural acceptance process first. Certain types of work, such as hydropower systems, ventilation installations, and equipment setup, should be carried out beforehand, ensuring that all water supply lines are fully installed and functional.

2.2 When constructing steps and door and window frames, make sure the doors and windows are properly framed and securely fixed. The edges of the frame should be neatly sealed. For aluminum alloy door and window frames, it’s recommended to apply a protective film and seal the joints according to the design specifications to prevent dirt accumulation and rusting.

2.3 Based on the design drawings, mark the horizontal elevation lines and the centerline of the cylindrical structures. Set up scaffolding in advance, using a double-row scaffold system. Ensure that the horizontal and vertical poles are positioned at least 150–200 mm away from walls and corners of doors and windows. The step height must comply with the construction requirements for safety and efficiency.

2.4 Clean the surface of the wall thoroughly, fill in any scaffold holes, and construct the window sills and window covers properly to ensure a smooth and even finish.

2.5 Gravel should be sieved before use to remove dust and impurities, and then washed clean to ensure quality and durability when used in construction.

3. Operating Process

Throughout the construction process, attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are crucial. Each phase should be carefully planned and executed, with proper coordination between different trades. Communication among team members is key to avoiding delays and ensuring the project runs smoothly. Always check for compliance with local building codes and regulations to maintain quality and safety standards. Additionally, regular inspections and quality checks should be conducted at each stage to identify and resolve any potential issues early on. This approach not only enhances the overall quality of the work but also helps in meeting deadlines and managing costs effectively.

Erlenmeyer Flasks

Erlenmeyer flasks are widely use in cell suspension culture, medium confifiguration, mixing and storage. It is suitable for culturing cell lines with high oxygen requirements. It can also be used to culture bacteria, fungi and animal and plant cells in suspension. Compared with culture flasks, dishes and spinner flasks, it requires less work and is an economical solution. Cell Culture tool ideal for media preparation, mixing and storage.Reduces the chance of experimental personnel being infected during bacterial culture work.
