1. All units involved in the installation and dismantling of ball screw lifts must hold valid construction equipment installation qualifications and safety production licenses issued by the relevant construction authorities. These units are only allowed to carry out installation work within the scope of their licensed capabilities.
2. Personnel such as installers, riggers, and electricians who perform installation and dismantling tasks must be at least 18 years old, have a junior high school education, receive specialized training, and pass examinations conducted by the designated authority to obtain the "Construction Special Operations Personnel Operation Qualification Certificate."
3. The installation company and the user must sign an installation and dismantling contract that clearly defines the safety responsibilities of both parties. If a general contractor is involved, the general contractor should enter into a safety agreement with the installation company to ensure safe crane operations.
4. Before starting the installation or dismantling process, a detailed plan must be developed based on site conditions, the intended position of the ball screw lift, the condition of the equipment, and the performance of any auxiliary lifting equipment used.
5. Prior to the operation, all personnel involved should be assigned clear roles and responsibilities. Each team member must understand their specific tasks, tools, and procedures. Mutual supervision and cooperation during the entire process are essential to ensure safety and efficiency.
6. A senior manager must oversee the entire installation and dismantling process. This individual must be present on-site to coordinate ground and aerial operations, ensure compliance with the installation plan, and maintain strict control over all activities.
7. The distance between the outer edge of the working area and nearby electrical lines must meet the minimum safety standards specified by national regulations. If this requirement is not met, appropriate protective measures must be implemented.
8. A warning zone must be established during installation and dismantling operations, with dedicated personnel assigned for monitoring. Full-time safety officers should supervise the entire process on-site to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
9. When installing, dismantling, or adding/removing sections, the wind speed at the maximum height must not exceed 13 m/s. In cases where special requirements apply, these should be followed as agreed upon between the user and the manufacturer.
10. Installation and dismantling work must be halted when adverse weather conditions such as rain, heavy snow, or thick fog occur, as they may compromise operational safety.
11. If the voltage fluctuation exceeds ±5%, all installation and dismantling activities should be immediately suspended to prevent potential electrical hazards.
