September 2022 marks the 10th anniversary of Lifting Equipment Store—a journey that’s been nothing short of incredible! Our story began back in 2012 when we opened our first doors in Stourbridge, West Midlands. It’s where we’ve always called home, and from there, we started building an online presence tailored to meet the needs of our growing customer base.

From day one, fostering strong relationships with our customers has been at the heart of everything we do. Over the years, we’ve stayed true to delivering what matters most: quality, competitive pricing, exceptional service, and swift delivery. These principles remain the foundation of our success today.

Our early efforts paid off, and by 2015, we recognized the need to enhance our e-commerce platform. Focusing on user experience, we revamped our website, adding innovative features designed to make finding and purchasing the right products seamless and straightforward. This investment proved pivotal in streamlining the shopping process for our valued customers.

Fast forward to 2018, and our continued growth necessitated expanding our operations. To accommodate increased inventory demands, we established a second warehouse facility nearby. Now, with two expansive warehouses brimming with popular items, we’re better equipped than ever to uphold our commitment to fast shipping.

In recent years, Lifting Equipment Store has experienced remarkable expansion under the leadership of our CEO, Will Dunn. His vision led us to open a branch in the United States, which has thrived abroad, offering the same high standards of service, product excellence, and reliable delivery that define us here in the UK.
