Aluminum extrusion product gross profit margin increased Zhongwang medium-term net profit increase

According to the bulk non-ferrous net reprint: China Zhongwang reported that the company’s total revenue for the first half of the year was RMB 7.89 billion, a decrease of 0.69% from the previous year and a net profit of RMB 1.498 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.9%. Mainly due to the company's optimization and adjustment of product structure, the operation focused on ensuring the production and sales of high-margin aluminum deep-processed products. The overall gross profit margin of the aluminum extrusion business was further increased to 32.0%, which was 28.2% in the same period of 2014.

It is understood that Zhongwang is mainly an aluminum extrusion business and is divided into industrial plates and building plates. Among them, the industrial plate is divided into industrial aluminum extrusion products and deep processing products.

In the first half of the year, the gross profit margin of the industrial sector was 33.4%, up 4.1% year-on-year; the gross profit margin of the construction sector was 6.7%, down 0.5% year-on-year.

Among them, the gross profit rate of industrial aluminum extrusion products was 33.1%, which was 4.9% higher than the 28.2% in the same period in 2014; the gross profit rate of deep-processed products was 36.5%, which was slightly lower than 36.1% in the same period of 2014.

In addition, the company's high value-added business highlights. The report disclosed that the construction of the first phase of the high value-added aluminum rolled steel project in Zhongwang, China, has entered a critical stage. In the first phase of the project, the designed annual production capacity was 1.8 million tons, including two production lines. The construction of the first production line and the installation of equipment have basically been completed, and equipment debugging of the entire production line is underway. With the current progress of the project, the aluminum-rolled steel project is expected to enter the trial production stage as planned, and it will be put into production before the end of this year.
