(1) External erection circuit connection CRT display <br> Take the power, ground and signal three leads from the analog camera, supply power to the camera, and then connect the video signal line to the TV box video input interface. The VGA-OUT of the TV box is connected to the CRT display, enabling the CRT to display the visualized digital camera.
This method provides full hardware level display and provides the same display effect as human eye vision, which is of great help to camera installation and physical parameter correction.
(2) Extended LCD LCD
The HCS12 series MCUs include the serial peripheral interface SPI (SerialPeripheral Interface), which enables data transmission between MCUs and is faster than serial asynchronous communication (SCI). The SPI module also supports bidirectional, synchronous, and serial communication between the MCU and peripheral devices to implement peripheral expansion of the MCU.
Nokia 3310 LCD is cheap on the market, the imaging is based on binary dot matrix, and the display module is 48*84 dot columns. The related information display shows that the data is written to the corresponding points to make them appear different colors.
1. The display characters prompt the system related operating parameters in character form when the system is running. Each character occupies a column of 8*6, which requires 6 bytes of data. To complete the character display, only the corresponding data is written to the specified bit in programming. Since the liquid crystal module itself does not have a font, the liquid crystal display dot matrix data of the ASCII table character is first defined at the beginning of the program, that is, a two-dimensional array of size N*6 bytes.
2. Displaying the video signal collected by the analog camera After digitizing the A/D of the MCU, the information is stored in a 40*70 two-dimensional array, and then the array is binarized to enable the LCD module at 48*84 resolution. The display shows the developer to observe the camera machine vision in real time.
This method is a display method combining hardware and software, which can track and display the camera related information in real time, and does not interrupt the system running process when displayed.
(3) Self-write serial communication PC software <br> Use the MCU's SCI module to send picture data to the PC. The host computer uses the MSCOMM control to program the communication data. After reading the data, you can take advantage of the powerful data processing capabilities of Windows programs.
