He has developed the first domestic ultraviolet resonance Raman spectrometer for catalytic materials research with independent intellectual property rights and started commercial production. It is the earliest international use. UV Raman spectroscopy solves the major problems in the catalytic field of molecular sieve skeleton hetero atom coordination structure; the development of chiral catalytic synthesis in nanopores and emulsion-catalyzed clean fuel oil ultra-deep desulfurization technology. In recent years, it has focused on solar photocatalytic hydrogen production and solar photovoltaic cell materials research.
The conference announced the establishment of the National Institute of New Materials Research Council of Nankai University, and the implementation of the council system is an innovation in the management system. The governing units include Nankai University, Tianjin Dongli District Government, Jinye Jewelry Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Qianhai Jiuwu Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. The board of directors consists of 7 members and 1 chairman. The school is headed by Gong Ke, the president of Nankai University. Cheng Jinpei, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Yan Chunhua, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, are independent directors.
